The Behaviour Change for Leaders online course is for anyone who is supporting colleagues in Paul’s approach. Headteachers, FE Principals, Senior Leaders, Pastoral Leaders and Managers, Middle Leaders and Line Managers, Trust CEOs and Leaders, College Leaders and Managers.
It will ensure you are able to:
o Design policy that works for your school or college
o Craft an implementation plan using lessons learned from 1000s of others
o Coach and support colleagues who are finding change tricky
o Create bespoke systems and processes so they work for your learners
o Have a clear plan for launching new policy and practice
o Understand the process of change and map out key milestones
o Learn from our Partner Schools and colleges that have been successfully
using the WTAC approach for many years
Each unit includes exclusive videos from Paul and the When The Adults Change team. There are audio clips, practical tasks, additional reading recommendations, a focus on systems thinking and ideas for discussions that explore the nuances of great relational practice.
Our 365 course will give you access to the 8 hours of study for 12 months.
