Our Behaviour Change for Early Years Course is everything you need to support each child. It is fully inclusive in design from the ground up. It includes those with SEND/Additional needs as a unique learner at the most critical stage of their development. The course is totally flexible. Do it all in one go, or take your time learning in small chunks while testing strategies with your children. The importance of your own behaviour cannot be underestimated. It frames everything. So we start with that.
The strategies in the course help you to build a nurturing culture where all children are supported and safe. It shows you the power of co-regulation, clear and fun routines and positive noticing in building respectful behaviours. You will be guided in how to support each child as a unique learner.
The course is perfect for Early Years teachers, nursery nurses and assistants, support teachers, teaching assistants, childminders and anyone working with groups of children under 5.

There are videos from Paul and guests, audio recordings and practical tasks to take away. There are no quizzes, pop psychology or ‘tick I have read it’ nonsense. Our online courses are a different standard.
Our 365 course will give you access to the 7 hours of study for 12 months. An individual license is £95 + VAT.
