“I’ve now seen Paul speak five times, and every single time the response is the same: audiences are captivated, energised, and deeply moved. He possesses that rare combination of wisdom, authenticity, and storytelling genius that stays with you long after he steps off stage. Paul has shaped behaviour practice across the country. His commitment to restorative approaches - instead of isolation booths or suspensions - has transformed countless schools, giving children dignity, belonging, and a genuine chance to succeed.
"And now... he's returning to the keynote circuit. It's like Oasis coming back. World class. Unmissable. I cannot wait."

Jo Grimwood-Read
Assistant Headteacher, Oathall School

We really loved the session Tara led. It hit absolutely the right note. What's even better is that I have had year leaders speak to me about the power of the session and make some changes because of it.

During my learning walk on Wednesday one of our very new ECTs was reintroducing behaviour expectations following your training. His usually challenging class was the calmest I have ever seen them. It was wonderful to see and when I returned to give him feedback he also said that your talk had really helped him to reflect on what he could do to make behaviour better.  We will definitely be in touch again, but in the meantime, a huge thank you from us.
