Spark
A quick-start catalyst for immediate impact without the admin.
Our Spark package serves as the catalyst for change, offering essential reflection and planning time for Senior Leaders through the Leadership Online Behaviour Course. This is completed at your own pace in manageable, bite-sized chunks.
It also features our brand new recorded Press Play INSET for your entire staff. With Press Play, the heavy lifting is done for you - just follow the link and Paul leads the training. He sets the timings, facilitates exercises, and introduces critical ideas with humour and a deep commitment to young people.
Ignite
Fuel lasting change across staff, classrooms, and homes.
Our most popular package, Ignite, is designed to fuel a consistent culture across the organisation. It includes everything in the Spark tier, plus 12 months of access to our best-selling Behaviour Change Course for all staff.
The Ignite package also includes four Parent Coach Courses, allowing you to train your staff to support families using the WTAC approach. This comes complete with session plans, videos, and audio clips to ensure positive engagement. Additionally, your leadership team gains access to Paul’s Drop-in Sessions, ensuring expert help is available exactly when you need it.
Blaze

For schools requiring a root-and-branch transformation, Blaze provides the heat and high-level coaching to see you through. It includes all the features of Ignite, with the critical addition of Spaced Implementation Coaching with our accredited coaches.
