Press Play INSET means all you have to do is press play, and Paul will lead your training. He will set timings, lead exercises and introduce critical ideas. Paul will engage your staff with humour, vast experience, and a deep commitment to young people. No messing about with Zoom connections or worrying about linking different software. Just follow the link, press play and your work is done.

Training lasts for 3 hours and can be split so that you can use it for two Twilights or a half day INSET.

The training covers:
Regulating yourself, even when it gets tough.
​The power of positive noticing in culture of achievement. 
Dealing with children who are dis-regulated and disruptive. 
Mini scripts and consistency that pull the adults together.
A post-training plan for action research and trialling elements of the training.
