Learn to lead it
Throughout 2024/2025, Paul Dix will be hosting 3 Relational Leadership Days for schools in the Vale. Along with some of his team, he will help you tighten policy, grind out consistency and have a plan for every day. He will help you lead relationally and create a culture that does much of the heavy lifting for you.
