Our new Behaviour Change Programme takes all we know about behaviour change and puts it directly in your hands. The interactive platform creates bespoke implementation plans for your setting and walks you through every step of the relational journey.​ A fully funded license is available to every school in the Vale.

Since the publication of When The Parents Change, Charlotte and Paul have been helping schools engage their families and wrap their children in relational practice. A place on our Parent Coach course is fully funded for every Vale school

Learn to lead it

Throughout 2024/2025, Paul Dix will be hosting 3 Relational Leadership Days for schools in the Vale. Along with some of his team, he will help you tighten policy, grind out consistency and have a plan for every day. He will help you lead relationally and create a culture that does much of the heavy lifting for you.
